I’m incredibly passionate about giving my couples the best possible experience on their elopement day. My own wedding was unfortunately tainted by selfishness, and I know firsthand the pain and disappointment that can bring. Here’s exactly how I plan your elopement from start to finish!

1. You Inquire

It all starts with your inquiry. You fill out my contact form, tell me a little about you two, and share your vision for your dream elopement. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything figured out yet—that’s what I’m here for!

2. We Hop on a Video Call

Once I see your inquiry, I’ll send you a link to schedule a casual video chat. We’ll talk all about what’s most important to you, how you want your day to feel, and how I can bring that to life through photography and intentional planning.

This is also your chance to make sure we are a good fit—it’s super important that your photographer feels like a friend you can trust! Remember, I’m one of the only vendors that will walk with you throughout your whole elopement day, so it’s super important that the vibes are right. 😉

3. You Book Your Date

If we’re a perfect match, I’ll send over a booking proposal with your contract and deposit link. Once you’re officially on my calendar, the fun begins.

4. You’ll Receive a Detailed Questionnaire

About a week after booking, I’ll send you an extensive questionnaire that digs into all the juicy details—your dream locations, activities, vibe, and priorities for the day.

This is where you get to dream big, and I take those answers to start shaping your perfect elopement experience.

5. I Create Your Custom Planning PDF

Using your questionnaire responses, I’ll design a personalized planning PDF with timeline ideas, activity suggestions, ceremony locations, vendor recommendations, marriage license tips, permit information, expected weather, a “Plan B”, and anything else you may have questions about.

Basically—it’s your elopement blueprint.

6. We Review the Plan Together

We’ll hop on another call to go through your custom planning guide. You’ll tell me what you love, what you want to tweak, or if you want to switch directions entirely.

Once it’s perfect, we lock it in. Planning = done.

7. I Keep You On Track

Throughout the months leading up to your elopement, I’ll send friendly email reminders for the important stuff—like getting your marriage license, pulling permits, and packing your adventure gear.

You’ll always have open communication with me—email, text, phone, or video call. I’m here whenever you need me.

8. I Scout Your Locations

The week of your elopement, I’ll be on the ground checking every location we’ve planned to make sure there are no surprises. Weather, closures, or lighting changes—I’ve got it covered.

9. Your Elopement Day!

You get to relax and be fully present while I lead, guide, and capture every moment. I’ll drive you if needed, help with the timeline, and make sure you’re laughing, soaking it all in, and not thinking about logistics.

10. Sneak Peeks + Final Gallery

You’ll get sneak peeks within 48 hours (because who wants to wait?!) and your full gallery within 60 days. Your photos will let you relive every moment—and all the feelings—of your best day ever.

And honestly? By the end of it, we’ll probably be best friends.
